All you need for Country Twister is a couple friends and a location where at least 3 different countries meet. We chose the Dreiländereck, where Germany, Belgium, and the Netherlands meet.
To begin playing, you must replace all the colors from normal Twister, with different countries (i.e. red becomes Germany, blue becomes Belgium, and red becomes the Netherlands). Your instructions will then read as such "Left hand, Germany. Right foot, Netherlands, Left foot, Belgium" and so on. And your finished, twisted result should look something like this:
Of course hours of Country Twister entertainment wasn't all the Dreiländereck had to offer:
There were playgrounds to be played on
there were stairs to be climbed
there were places to be eaten at
And it even boasts the highest point in the Netherlands.
of course, after my recent trip to Amsterdam, I beg to differ
(but more on that later)
